Morning Musings
To say I'm overwhelmed by gratitude right now would be a vast understatement. From my crew who showed up and showed out to support me at the #RaganAwards panel last week to each one of you who emailed me or gave me a shout-out on social media about the new website, my heart is FULL. All I can say, "thank you, thank you, you're far too kind" (Jay Z voice)
During the panel, I mentioned the importance of trusting your gut and treasuring your tribe. Whether you're a longtime subscriber (well, as long as four months) or new to this here parts, I want to thank you for your support and encouragement. And I'd like to return the favor.
Simply reply to this email and let me know how I can help YOU accomplish your goals, or if you just need a little pep talk. Or if if you just need to get some things off your chest. Because at the end of the day, we're all in this together.Â

My Latest Obsession

Last Saturday, I went to 360 Sky Yoga at the Hancock Center and it was ah-mazing. Or, as Kanye rapped in "Jesus Walks," "top floor the view alone will leave you breathless." Exactly that. I don't know if it was the view of Lake Michigan or the awesome teacher (who's also happens to be a friends and coworker), but this was definitely one of my favorite yoga classes in recent memory.
