I relate so much to you saying that when you disregard your morning mindfulness routine, it impacts your day. Me too! I read affirmations, pray and meditate in the morning and if I skip and go straight for the news (oh geez) or work, I find less peace and less joy in what I'm doing. My natural rhythms say care for self/Self first... then I can support and achieve other things much more effectively and more lightheartedly.
