I love this post and your reflections on what it takes to get to alignment. Last year there were a number of ways in which I was operating out of alignment and my word for this year is alignment because I want that to be my priority as I move through the year.
Yess!! I love that feeling! Like everything fell into place and you are exactly where you are supposed to be doing what you are supposed to be doing in this moment. I made the "big" ask to my supervisor this week. The one I've been conceptualizing and thinking about for a long time. Don't know what will come of it, but it's out there, and whatever happens will be information I use to inform my next steps. 👏🏾👏🏾
